Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive an email confirmation with your order number. When your package ships, we’ll send a tracking link so you can follow your order’s journey in real time.
Please double-check that your shipping address, contact information, and payment details are correct at checkout. ZAVORE is not responsible for delays or lost shipments due to incomplete or incorrect address information.
During high-volume periods (such as holidays or sales events), processing may take an additional 2–3 business days. We always strive to get your order shipped as quickly as possible while maintaining quality control and packaging standards.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Orders over $75 USD may qualify for free shipping, depending on the promotion running at the time of purchase.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and carrier link. Tracking information typically becomes available within 24–48 hours of shipment.
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your package, please check with neighbours' or your local post office first. If the issue persists, contact our support team, and we’ll gladly assist.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or local taxes once the shipment reaches your country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility. ZAVORE cannot predict or control these costs, as they vary by country and local regulations.
Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages
If your order is lost in transit, arrives damaged, or is significantly delayed, please contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date. Include your order number and any relevant details so we can investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
We’ll work directly with the carrier to replace or refund your order where applicable.
Pre-Orders & Backorders
Occasionally, we offer pre-order or backorder items. These will be clearly marked on the product page, along with the estimated shipping timeframe. You’ll receive regular updates and tracking once the item ships.
